Simple Summary – Association of Egg Intake With Blood Lipids, Cardiovascular Disease, and Mortality in 177,000 People in 50 Countries

The study looked at 146,011 people from 21 countries. Egg consumption was recorded using food frequency questionaire. They looked a the hazard ratios of those people and found no association with egg consumption and blood lipids, mortality, or major cardiovascular events.

TL;DR Eggs aren’t associated with increased health complications (CVD, blood lipids) or mortality
